The P&K CGU Matchplay Finals were played at Kinross Golf Club yesterday
In the Scratch it was the Strokeplay Champion Connor Neil (The Blairgowrie Golf Club) vs the Champion of Champions Steven Park (The Blairgowrie Golf Club)
As to be expected the game was very tight with both players playing steady golf , in the end Connor held on for a 1 up victory to clinch the title
In the Handicap it was Stuart McKendrick (Dunkeld and Birnam Golf Club) and Graeme Swingler (The Blairgowrie Golf Club). Again a very competitive game , however , Stuart showed his experience to prevail from the tie , winning 2&1
Congratulations to both Connor and Stuart on their victory’s , commiserations to Steven and Graeme.
