Congratulations to Blairgowrie’s Connor Neil who won the P&K Strokeplay Championship yesterday at Alyth Golf Club following a play off with Comrie’s Callum McGuigan. Both players finished on a level par 36 Hole total of 140, with Alyth’s Martin Strachan in 3rd with 141 and Kinross’s Cameron Wallace on 142.

The 18 Hole Handicap Gents Strokeplay was won by Graeme Bennett (Kinross), with Crieff pair Kevin Porter and Mike Morrison in 2nd and 3rd places. These places are awarded after any scratch prize winners are removed as players can only win one prize and scratch takes precedence.

We also crowned our Seniors Strokeplay Champions during this event. David Campbell (Kinross) won the Seniors Scratch section with Scott Michie (Kinross) 2nd and Stuart McKendrick (Dunkeld & Birnam) 3rd.
Our Senior Stokeplay Handicap winner was Iain Ross (Blairgowrie) with Allan Strachan (Alyth) in 2nd and Mark Winton (Milnathort) in 3rd.
