We started our season off with a glorious, sunny day at Dunkeld & Birnam GC playing our Spring Meeting.
The course was in remarkable condition considering the amount of rain over the last few days – so huge credit to the team for presenting the course to such standards.
Scratch Winner on the day was Craig Hay (Blarigowrie) with a 1 over par 70 – followed by a number of players with 72.
Handicap Winner was William Hardie (Dunkeld & Birnam) with a nett 70.
We managed to get 6 Juniors to play on the day as well – which meant that some of their Dad’s could come and play as well – which was a plus point in us bringing back these types of events – to encourage players of all abilities from across P&K to play at our events.
The Junior Spring Meeting was won by Douglas Brown (Milnathort) with an impressive Nett 66.
