Following Sunday’s JR Auto Services Crieff Autumn Meeting, the Order of Merit tables are now final!
First of all, P&K would like to thank everyone who entered and supported our events throughout the year, as well as our member clubs who have been fantastic hosts. Without you, these events wouldn’t be possible!
*Scratch Order of Merit*
🏆 1st – Brendan Murdoch – The Blairgowrie Golf Club (435 pts)
A superb season for Brendan, who never finished outside the top 5 in any County Event. Highlights included winning the Autumn Meeting and finishing runner-up in the Scratch Matchplay. An outstandingly consistent year!
🥈 2nd – Ewan Farquharson – The Blairgowrie Golf Club (375 pts)
A steady season with top finishes across the board: 6th at the Blairgowrie 36-Hole Open, 5th at Innerpeffray, runner-up in the County Scratch Strokeplay, semi-finalist in the Scratch Matchplay, and 7th in the Autumn Meeting.
🥉 3rd – Mark Rose – Pitlochry Golf Club (315 pts)
A familiar name across the leader boards this year! Mark claimed 4th at the Spring Meeting, 2nd at the Summer Meeting, 6th in the Scratch Strokeplay, and 3rd in the Autumn Meeting—showing real consistency throughout.
4th – Connor Neil – The Blairgowrie Golf Club (305 pts)
Highlights included 8th in the Blairgowrie 36-Hole Open, runner-up at Innerpeffray, quarter-finalist in the Scratch Matchplay, and 2nd in the Autumn Meeting. It was always going to be difficult for Connor to repeat his results of 24 but still a solid run of results to be pleased with.
5th – Steven Park – The Blairgowrie Golf Club (300 pts)
“Parky” claimed the Scratch Matchplay Championship and Summer Meeting titles, alongside a 9th place at the Blairgowrie 36-Hole Open. His Scratch Matchplay win also earned him a place in the WAGR rankings—a season to be proud of!
Handicap Order of Merit
🏆 1st – Mark Rose – Pitlochry Golf Club (325 pts)
Adding to his Scratch success, Mark also topped the Handicap OOM thanks to wins in both the Summer and Autumn Meetings, plus 5th in the Handicap Strokeplay Championship.
🥈 2nd – Kevin Kilbane – King James VI Golf Club (320 pts)
Led the OOM for much of the season, with results including a Spring Meeting win, 5th in the Summer Meeting, semi-finalist in the Handicap Matchplay, and 7th in the Autumn Meeting.
🥉 3rd – Brendan Murdoch – The Blairgowrie Golf Club (200 pts)
Strong play all year, including 3rd in the Handicap Strokeplay Championship and runner-up in the Autumn Meeting.
4th – Graham Hutchison Jnr – Dunkeld and Birnam Golf Club (175 pts)
Claimed victory in his Home Club Open and added a 3rd place finish in the Autumn Meeting.
5th – Alan Campbell, Auchterarder (165 pts)
The 2025 Handicap Matchplay Champion, who also secured 10th place in the Autumn Meeting.
All vouchers will be presented at the County Prizegiving at The Blairgowrie Golf Club on Saturday, 6th December, starting at 6pm.
